12 Minute Salmon Dinner
12 minute dinner coming at ya!
When I first started getting into health and wellness I went ALL out for dinners taking an hour + to cook, using allll the ingredients, spending wayyy to much money. and I got burnt out on that real quick. Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be all out, expensive or boring! Now I make my dinners as easy and quick as possible. Health can
really be easy if we make it. Check out how I made this in 12 minutes below
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. salmon (wild caught)
A bag of broccoli
Your favorite flavor Right Rice

DIRECTIONS:
Bake salmon for 12 minutes at 400
Cook @rightrice cilantro lime rice for 12 min according to packaging
Steam brocolli for 10 minutes
Bring the rice water to a boil and preheat oven while preparing everything. Season salmon with avocado oil, lots of salt and pepper and lots of @traderjoes chili lime seasoning. Once water is boiling and oven is heated cook the rice according to package and cook salmon for 12 minutes. Steam the 🥦 while cooking everything and add sea salt and cheese if desired.
