Delicious, flavorful gluten free and dairy free pasta dish! Make it your own!
I am all about making quick and easy dinners. Especially during quarantine, I feel like I’ve spent so much time in the kitchen I’m not trying to spend any extra time in there!!!! However, sometimes quick and easy dinners can get BORING so last night I made up a fancy pasta dish that took 30 minutes to put together and made me feel like I was eating out at a nice restaurant to change it up a little.

1 lb. Ground turkey
Spaghetti noodles (I used @eatbanza)
1 jar pasta sauce (I used @raoshomemade)
Mozzarella cheese (I used @miyokoscreamery)
Sun dried tomatoes
I made turkey meatballs by rolling ground turkey into large balls (I made 8 with one lb. of turkey) cook on medium high heat with avocado oil flipping often until cooked through. While turkey is cooking, cook pasta sauce according to box and set aside if finished early. Once turkey is almost finished, in another pan, add spinach to wilt and mozzarella if you want it to melt a little before adding (I did this because I used vegan mozz which doesn’t melt as well so I warmed it for 2-3 minutes in a pan). Once everything is finished cooking add spaghetti to a pot or pan and mix with 1/4-1/2 jar of pasta. Top spaghetti noodles with everything else and serve!
Turned out absolutely delicious! The best part is this isn’t even a recipe and you can make it any way your heart desires. Change up the protein, veggies or toppings to make it your own fancy dish.
