Key Lime Pie Bars 🍰💚

I'm not one of those bloggers who writes a 5 page essay you have to get through before the recipe. I know what you came for!!!

These mouthwatering, sink your teeth in Key Lime Pie Bars. 😋

They are vegan, gluten free and no baking required!!!

I never liked key lime pie growing up until I went to Key West and was forced to try a Key Lime Pie. I can tell you that key lime pie was the best I’ve EVER had. And I’ve heard key limes have something to do with it!

Conclusion: Key lime flavor is extremely underrated and I recommend Key Limes for this recipe! 🍋(Regular limes will still do the trick) ⁣



1 cup raw cashews (boil and soak for at least one hour, or soak overnight)⁣

1 cup coconut cream (full fat) ⁣

2 tbsp tapioca flour ⁣

1/2 cup key lime juice ⁣

Lime zest from 1-2 limes⁣

1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣

Pinch of sea salt ⁣


1 bag @safeandfair key lime granola (use code TARYN10 to save)⁣

2 tbsp maple syrup ⁣

1-2 tbsp almond butter ⁣


Blend granola in a food processor until mostly broken up.⁣

Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tbsp almond butter to food processor and process until combine and sticky. (May need to add more nut butter) ⁣

Press granola crust to the bottom of an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. ⁣

Set Aside⁣

Blend all filling ingredients inside a food processor or blender until you have a liquid consistency. ⁣

Pour over granola crust and freeze until set. ⁣

Top with more lime zest and sliced limes ⁣
