No Bake High Protein Cookie Dough Bars

I got you! Try my NO BAKE HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BARS 🤤🤤


Add these to your weekly meal prep for a delicious protein rich treat. For a clean protein source I LOVE using Ancient Nutrition protein and collagen in my baking to add extra health benefits and more protein, duh!


These only take FIVE minutes to make (and eat🤤). They're Gluten free, refined sugar free and so tasty 🙌🏼🍫🍪🥜


INGREDIENTS:


1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

2-4 tbsp water (or milk choice)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

3/4 cup Ancient Nutrition vanilla bone broth protein or collagen (either work!)

3/4 cup (78g) coconut flour

1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice


DIRECTIONS:


Use an 8x8 dish and line with parchment paper.

In a bowl add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and 2 tbsp water.

Add in the Ancient Nutrition vanilla bone broth protein and coconut flour and mix to get a dough.

Note - If needed, to get more of a dough like consistency continue to add 1 tbsp of water/milk at a time until consistency is reached. If the dough is too watery, add 1 tbsp of coconut flour until desired consistency is reached.

Mix half of the chocolate chips into the dough then use your fingers to press the mixture firmly into the lined dish.

Press the remaining chocolate chips into the top.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and then cut into bars and enjoy!

*Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days.
