They look so beautiful I thought there is no way they can be that easy. But I'm here to tell you - THEY ARE! Easy peasy. Barely any work and all the flavor!

See how easy it is to make these cute lil nests below. Something the whole fam will love and have fun with! Add any seasonings and sides you like.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag frozen zucchini noodles

2 pasture raised eggs

salt and pepper to taste

Green onion (optional)

Avocado (optional)

Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)

DIRECTIONS :

Cook frozen zucchini noodles in a pan on the stove according to bag. Once cooked through, drain water. Add oil and form nests with noodles. Crack an egg in each nest. Cook for 6-12 minutes depending on how well you like your eggs. Top with salt, pepper,

green onion and anything else you like and ENJOY!
